Dana Chapman

Nutritional therapy for mental health - it's not just about food, it's about how your body works, and how to get it to work better.

I believe normalising poor mental health is the wrong objective - it is not normal, it's the body's way of telling us that something isn't working as it should. I'd like to shift the narrative. I'd like to empower people with knowledge about how their bodies work, and how to think better, feel better and perform better.
