My name is David Hatch, and I'm the founder, MD, sole-operator, helper-er behind Griffon Consulting Ltd. I started the company in late 2019 because I wanted to work with start-ups, SMEs and their
managers to help make their businesses a success. And because, honestly, I'd had enough of working for other people!
That help comes in many shapes and sizes, but I currently offer 2 core services:
Leadership Training & Mentoring for new managers/founders - leadership is my great passion in business, and I've seen how easy it is to get it wrong, so I want to help new managers learn from those mistakes.
Project Management as a Service - I am a Project Manager by training, and I enjoy developing, managing and achieving interesting projects, whether that be implementing new software for your business, or launching a rocket into space; or anything in between!
Long story short, if you own and/or work in a small to medium sized company, a new business or start-up, and you are looking for tailored support to help you solve a problem or skills gap, then I'd love to help.
Lastly, the company tagline is Delivering with integrity, and I live by that; so, if I can't help, or if something goes wrong, I say so. And if I know someone else who can help you instead, I'll happily make any introductions necessary to get you 'on the road' or 'off the ground' or whichever similar cliché you prefer...
