Denyse Whillier

As a business consultant, I specialise in female entrepreneurship and how business can be a force for good in the world. As a senior manager, I took the lead on implementing a fair and transparent pay system to achieve equal pay, work-life balance policies and the recommendations of the McPherson Report (which made a series of recommendations about eradicating institutional racism). I have prepared reports for submission to Government on domestic violence and women’s mental health. I have a Master's degree in International Development, hence my interest in ethical business, and my company is on the journey to becoming a B Corporation.
