Emma Snipp

Emma (aka ‘Snippy’) is Success Coach, Mentor and Life Strategist based in London.  Within her Coaching and Mentoring Practice, Emma also offers facilitation and public speaking services.

She specialises in supporting senior leaders who feel frustrated and trapped to find the courage and clarity they need to decisively make tough decisions with conviction, allowing them to regain their sense of self, momentum and ultimately their freedom at work, home and in their relationships.

Before launching her coaching practice in 2020, Emma was a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in The City of London and St James, specialising in Commercial Property Asset Management.

She is still involved in the commercial property world and provides regular consultancy work in which she mentors commercial property and construction graduates through their studies, supports leaders to improve team culture and efficiency, and is an active Ambassador for Lionheart, the Independent RICS charity.
