Who are the ONLE Mastermind Leaders?
Each ONLE Mastermind group is led by a coach or mentor with deep experience helping people develop their business. But each of our leaders have their own strengths and approach to running an ONLE Mastermind group.
Kelly West
An experienced business mentor. Kelly works alongside organisations such as Santander and Solent University, helping clients work their way through setting up and running a business. She is the co-founder of ONLE Networking.
Andy Taylor-Whyte
Consultant to Third Sector and private organisations on growth, campaign management and communications. Andy is the founder of The Inspiration Bureau. Andy is the Leader of the ONLE Charity Leaders Mastermind group.

Monthly Mastermind session
The core of ONLE Mastermind is your monthly meeting, where you are grouped with other business leaders and owners sharing similar challenges and ambitions. During this three-hour session, you will share a challenge or opportunity to the group, who then ask questions, and give you honest feedback and fresh perspectives.Takeaway notes and action points
To make sure the talk becomes action, you’ll receive detailed notes from your Mastermind session so you can concentrate on the conversation, not note-taking.Support - when you need it
