Kierney Frampton,
member success manager

I’m Kierney, your member success manager. It’s my job to ensure you’re getting the most out of your membership and support you with queries you may have. Likewise, if you’d like to know more about the ONLE membership, please feel free to reach out and we can arrange a chat! 

I love movies, TV, books and music. I’ve always said that I was born in the wrong era and love retro things. I collect vinyl, shoot on 35mm film and am endlessly fascinated by decades gone by.

Lorraine Cowdroy,
customer service manager

I'm Lorraine, the ONLE customer service manager, including member and admin support. So if something isn’t working as it should, speak to me!

In my spare time - when not being 'mum's-taxi' for two sport-mad teenage sons (one tennis, one snooker) - I enjoy playing racketball, listening to a variety of music, and occasionally still play the piano (albeit rustily these days). Oh, and any excuse to dance! I love living near the sea, and my shoes of choice are flip flops!

Izzie Hanson,
marketing and communications

I’m Izzie, a member of the marketing and communications team. It’s my job to showcase all of our fantastic events through our various social media platforms and ensure that our members know when and how to get involved!

In my free time I’m a budding wildlife photographer and have a keen interest in both watching and making short feature films and documentaries. I’m also a big animal lover and enjoy getting outside with my two dogs any chance I can!

Ellcie Moore, community support figure

I’m Ellcie and I support the ONLE community. If you’re not sure who within ONLE is the best person to answer your question or if you would like some guidance in finding resources to help you make the most of your membership, I’d love to help.

In my spare time, I spend as much time as possible with my daughter (we love a movie night and walking our dog), laughing with friends and family,  talking to strangers and absorbing information about mindset and performance.

Brian Hilliard, head of US operations

As head of US operations, it’s my responsibility to make sure things run smoothly on this side of the “pond”. That includes hosting meetings, inviting visitors and working with our US Host Team among others, to ensure that the overall ONLE member experience is a pleasant one for all involved.

I’m also a speaker and author of eight books, including the best selling “Networking Like a Pro”, which is all about showing individuals how to turn the contacts they get…into the connections they need. Something we work really hard to instill inside of the ONLE Community.

When not speaking or coaching I enjoy playing golf, watching basketball and taking in as many movies as possible on Netflix!

Kelly West, founder

Since founding ONLE in 2018, I’ve moved away from my natural “all hands on deck” approach, and now I look after our hosts, ambassadors and the ONLE team (which includes James!) And because I love meeting people, I’m still heavily involved in expanding the network and growing the business.

Away from the business, I’m a city girl so love exploring new towns and locations. I also enjoy reading (although I tend to fall asleep!) and I’ve recently got into knitting. Don’t laugh - it gets me away from my computer!

James West, founder

Like Kelly, my role at ONLE has evolved and I now spend most of my time marketing and honing our communications. Prior to ONLE, I was a journalist and magazine editor and those skills have been useful in helping us build ONLE.

As for spare time, what Kelly says! Apart from the knitting. I’ll just read another book!
