“Is ONLE Mastermind right for me?”
Our members range from new-start businesses to owners of £1m-turnover-and-above organisations. The common denominator is that they’re all moving forwards. They’re determined, keen to improve and have the strength of character to listen to feedback and accept new ideas. They value the camaraderie and support you lack by going it alone. If you want to get a different perspective and join people who enjoy the process of troubleshooting and building brilliant businesses, ONLE Mastermind is for you.
“How do the Mastermind sessions work?”
You’ll meet each month for a 3-hour session on Zoom. You’ll present a challenge to solve, and your Mastermind leader and fellow group members will ask questions, make suggestions and give you fresh perspective and guidance. You’ll leave with things to implement and accountability to report back next month.
“How big are the groups?”
Groups hold up to a maximum of six members.
“Can I guarantee the privacy of what I share?”
Privacy is one of our bedrocks, and all members sign NDAs before they join.
“Which group should I join?”
There are two factors at play here. Firstly, your current circumstances: business size, industry, types of challenges you need help with. Secondly, your personality and preferred way of learning. It’s vital that you are connected with people like you because the groups become very close-knit. This is why before you are able to join, you’ll speak directly to one of our Leaders to ascertain the right group for you.
“What does membership cost?”
ONLE Mastermind membership: £199 (VAT inclusive) per month.
ONLE Networking members pay a reduced rate: £149 (VAT inclusive) per month.
The Charity Leaders Mastermind group: £132 (VAT inclusive) per month.
“Is there a minimum contract for membership?”
To experience the full power of ONLE Mastermind you need to learn how the process works and build rapport with your group, so the minimum membership is six months. After six months you are able to cancel membership at any point without any penalties.

“Can I try before I join?”
Yes. It’s important that visitors are able to see the power of an ONLE Mastermind session. We allow visitors to join a session as a visitor to observe how it works. To visit an ONLE Mastermind group, please use the application form below:
