I offer legal support to businesses in a commercially minded way. I enjoy developing strong relationships with my clients and understanding their businesses so I can provide bespoke advice to suit their needs and help solve problems.
My core area of expertise is Commerical (think any sort of commercial contract), IP (protecting your brand and exploiting your IP assets) and IT agreements (SaaS agreements etc). My clients are in a wide variety of sectors including professional services, media and tech.
